4 Weeks after Surgery

Well, 4 weeks ago today, I had my surgery.  I'm eating real food again, and enjoying every small bite.  I do have to start walking more, but weather hasn't co-operated, but hope to start soon.  I'm back to work, so I'll try to move around here a bit.  Happy to be down this much.  I still have to remind myself small bites, and eat slow.  But I'll be in that habit soon enough.  No regrets.
