Emotional Eating

Have been away for the last 10 days caring for my mother. She thought she was having a gallbladder attack about 3 weeks ago, and they found her liver to have multiple tumors. We later found out that she had colon cancer that had spread to her liver! So, my sister, dad and I took her to the Cancer Center of America in Philadelphia and there they gave her hope! She started Chemo on June 10th and will need to have Chemotherapy every 2 weeks for 48 hours straight! They are hoping to shrink her tumors!

So, my sister and I have had to help in her care and we were being fed by the Cancer Center. The food was awesome but we found ourselves wanting to eat more and subdue the feelings of sadness...

So, here I am ...back home and ready to start doing better and deal with the emotional eating. I am still down 41 pounds in just over 3 months, so I am very happy! However, I must NOT lose control!
