Moving my BUTT!

So, for the past month, I have been getting up early and lacing up my sneakers for a walk! WIN! I walk about 2.5-3.0 miles a day (5-6 days a week). It feels so good to MOVE! I can remember just struggling to even put my sneakers on! I burn about 300 calories per 45 minute workout and I am plugging along little by little on my weight! I met my 50 pound mark the other day and I am ecstatic! I also have lost 34.5 inches! I just wanted to share my enthusiasm because it really does feel good to be losing instead of gaining!
