Hanging in there!

Hi Friends!

Well, in 2 days, it will be 6 months and here I am! I am SOOOO greatful that I am down almost 60 pounds!! I feel so much better already but I must not lose my focus!

So, I have had some recent splurges and have not exactly been compliant with my diet BUT, I still know that I am making better choices and eating my protein! I am also exercising which helps!

The other day, I saw a glimpse of the 220s and was so excited and now, I am back to the 231 point! UGH!! Some days can be so hard and the this is not an easy fix! You must STILL apply yourself!!

So, I plug along and take it day by day. I am hanging in there and proud of my success!!
