I went for a nice walk/run this morning with a neighbor. It was a nice morning to get out and walk/run!

Well I weighted in today and I was 164.2 so I am up. I hve to keep on it and keeping trying..... :-)

Well I weighted in today and I was 162.4 so I am down 1.4. It is so nice outside to run/walk at night. It has been so hot so I only went to the gym.
steer clear of restaurants

Some people trying to lose weight steer clear of restaurants to avoid those large portion sizes, bottomless bread baskets and all those high-calorie entries. But shunning restaurants altogether isn't a realistic approach to weight loss—and it's unnecessary.
