Hello all,  Well I'm down 75 pounds feeling great.  I have gone from a size 30/32 to a size 22.  I love my RNY.

It's been a painful experience.  The pain from the artery repair was horrid.  Today I can finally say I feel great no pain.  I am at 302.6, only 2.7 pounds to go and I am out of the 300's for good.  Yippeeeee!  The clothes are starting to be really loose, I refuse to go buy clothes yet though. It was 4 weeks since surgery on 9/3/10 and I can say I finally have some energy back.  That's all for now. 

Well I am 11 days post op feeling pretty good.  Had a little mishap during surgery.  My belly fat was thick and my muscle was tight and an artery was hiding between and the surgeon nicked it.  Lost 2/3's of my blood.  But other then that had the greatest Dr. on my team.  I am feel good just a little tired.  Back to work today I have a desk job and I am sitting in a recliner. So should be good.  I will check in with all of you later.  Nice to be on the loser side.

Well tomorrow is my pre op.  I wonder whats gonna happen at that appt.  Are they gonna weigh me again cuz I stepped on the scale this morning and I'm 331. So Ha I didn't gain.  Wish me luck.

Man this is so hard to keep the weight off pre surgery.  I swear my skinny family can eat anything.  I eat and I gain.  I gain if I watch them eat.  The waiting game is getting into my head.  I need to grab a hold of myself and stick to the program or I'm gonna blow it.  I am so large it is hard to exercise (343), I was down to 335 at my consult. What the heck am I doing going the wrong way on the scale.  I need to move my bunzzz.  Thank you so much for letting me vent. ~

I saw Dr. Zane this morning and my surgery date is set for August 6th 2010 or sooner if they get a cancellation.

Well tomorrow is my Surgeon Consult. I just weighed in at 336.  I hope that is enough for his happiness.  He should schedule my surgery date tomorrow as well.  I'll keep you all posted.  I think they put you through this waiting game to see if they can mess with your mind.  Well so far I'm still going good, they haven't broke me yet.  TTYL ~ Denise

I just stepped on the scale, trying to keep it real.  I am at 341.8.  Man it is hard to lose weight pre-op.  I hate it, but I'm just plugin along.  Just 12 days until my surgeon consult, hope they don't tell me I have to lose 40 more pounds or I'll just cry.  Until next post ~ Denise

OMG.........I went to the OH Conference in Costa Mesa California.  What a blast.  I met a lot of nice people and got a lot of good information.  If you have a chance to go to one of these, go it is so worth it.  I got lots of samples.  I will definitely go to next years.  I will be post op by then. Ok  so I bought a used tredmill today off of Craigslist.  I love it!  So I am set.  I only have 22 more days until I have my surgeon consult. Yeah!  Not that I counting everyday or anything.  My plan is to get on that treadmill EVERYDAY and use it.  I put it in the livingroom so that I have to see it all the time. Wish me luck! ~ Denise
