This is so hard

Man this is so hard to keep the weight off pre surgery.  I swear my skinny family can eat anything.  I eat and I gain.  I gain if I watch them eat.  The waiting game is getting into my head.  I need to grab a hold of myself and stick to the program or I'm gonna blow it.  I am so large it is hard to exercise (343), I was down to 335 at my consult. What the heck am I doing going the wrong way on the scale.  I need to move my bunzzz.  Thank you so much for letting me vent. ~
