Gee it's August already

Haven't blogged for awhile been busy, busy, busy,. The weather has been so beautiful. Last week I saw my Dr. for my 1st year check up since surg. He was very pleased 103 pounds gone. I love shopping for clothes. I love my new life. Energy,feeling so well and fit. I walk and exercise which is easy as I own a gym my husband runs it. I never wanted to excercise much I was in too much pain from the weight and my existing health problems made it hard. I could hardly walk around with out having an asthma attack and so out of breath. I stopped going to the Mall or shopping I was in sad shape. Since surg I no longer have sleep apnea, very little asthma, no blood pressure problems and the aches and pains in my back and knees are gone. Unreal but so true. I ablsolutely have a new lease on life and I am living it up in so many ways. My husband and I have a stronger bond than ever because we can do things together. It is such a blessing. So I hope all of you have a wonderful story at the end of your journey well not the end because it is always going on. I have no trouble staying on the right path as I never want to go back to the way things were.I am alive....................
