I've been stalled here for over a week. Every morning it's the same exact number on the scale. Granted, I've had some victories with clothes fitting better but that number is always on the back of your mind. It's just hard to believe that with the change in volume and quality of food that I'm eating, and the increased activity, that I'm not dropping like a brick. I know it will come, I just wanted to gripe... :D All these things I used to eat and can't and I'm still not losing weight!!!!!There I feel better already! :D
