"very positive experience with Dr. Starr. He is very personable, takes time to answer your questions as well as get to know you, great sense of humour. He is confident in his abilities and knowledgeable about the procedure. His staff is friendly and respectful of your situation. The only complaint I may have is time waiting in the office to see him, however, it does not happen at every visit. I think he is an excellent surgeon, no complications at all. I would highly recommend Dr. Starr."
