Sometimes I feel as if life is out to get me. I was on my way to attend a local support group a few weeks ago and I had a car accident. I am just now getting to where I can get back out and exercise. Sometimes I just feel like I can't win. I know this will pass and I will try to attend next time. This makes twice I've not shown for meetings. Maybe I am setting myself up to not be successful - always having excuses.
