Not sure pouch is working. Gaining weight - I am 2 years out i have gained 20 pounds. Please any suggestions. I have gone back to some of my old ways. Not sure if pouch is working. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
