I had hoped to be at least 1 pound under 200 on this weigh in. This past week, Ive been working out so hard and have been so strict with eating that I was a little dissappointed. But, This keeps me on my toes and makes me more aware that I need to stay on track, and eventhough its moving slowly; It's Moving.

This past month my weight loss has been mostly stalled; I’ve been fluctuating back and forth between 206 and 207. This stall really scared me, I am nearing the one year mark and I am so afraid of not being at my goal weight of 180lbs. The scale seems to be moving again and I am so grateful.
