So I spent the whole last month at about the same wt. It would go up a few come down a few but averaged the same wt. I was exercising everyday. Drinking my 64+ oz. Eating 1/2 cup food three times a day and two protien drinks for my snacks.. For the life of me I could not figure out why in the world could I not loss anything... Then I took a look at what I was eating....
Breakfast was 1/2 cup of my casorole it has
cottage cheese
sherredded cheese
eggs
spinach
chopped steak
baked to a nice cruchy top in a 13x9 baking dish
Lunch was my home made pizza which has
cream cheese, sour cream, italian seasoning, egg and parmasan, blended and baked into a thin crust
no sugar added spagetti sauce
pieces of shaved turkey
mozzerella and cheddar cheese, baked to bubbly warm
Dinner
scrambled egg with cheese and spinach when I got home from work..
does anyone see the common denominator... CHEESE
So what I learned is EVERYTHING has to be in moderation.
Cheese based foods don't seem to bother my tummy like solid protien does and it was the easy way to just eat and get it over with.
The morning I started the LPT I weighed in at 185.8 pounds Three days of following the LPT guidelines I weighed in this moring at 177 pounds.
I'm less constipated this morning hehehe. Now I need to learn how to get solid protien in...
Tried to eat breakfast, no go... queasy and icky eggs in my tummy with the first bite... So I waited 30 mins and had a protien shake...
Each second, each minute, each hour of everyday is a new chance to learn and relearn and learn the lesson again till it becomes second nature.

After a month of sitting at the same weight the scales moved. Geez plateaus suck...
I've been slacking here because I have an ulcer and I can no longer have coffee or cigerrettes. So for me I had to not be on the computer. Food has never been allowed at my computer desk so it has always been coffee and cigerrettes. I had to break the habit....
I have now been coffee free and cigerrette free since July 3rd.

Lets see in eight months I dropped from size 28 stretch pants down to size 12 jeans. Size 5x shirt down to medium (yes they were always big on me but that was the point of hiding in my clothes) My scrubs for work went from 4x down to Mediums. My ring size went from size 11 down to size 8. My shoe size from 10W to size 9. My underwear from size 11 down to size 8. My self esteem went from non existance to "like I care what you think" HA! Oh I have a neck... Still searching for the rest of my collar bones, I know there here somewhere. Oh and I weigh less them my husband WOO HOO.... I went from red hair to bleached blonde . my bra from size 48DD to 36-38D depending on the maker. My weight went from 316 down to 193.

It's that time again. Weighed in at 201 lbs.. Fit in size 14 jeans and size medium shirt...

I can now have a cookie anytime I want all I have to do is call her from the kitchen.... She's my new puppy hehehe..
