13 days

I have 13 days to go, my friend Pam had her surgery yesterday so I went to see her I had to see what she looked like afterwards almost like I felt like there would be a huge change right after surgery, who knows what I was thinking...lol

She came out of surgery fine and is doing very well, she is going home tomorrow

Today I feel pretty good I am still looking forward to the surgery, doing the 1000 calories a day is a little rough and it's hard to stick to but I think I am doing ok

ok well another day gone we shall see what the upcoming days come to
