I just finished my  morning work-out, sometimes I feel like it's not working, I'm not loosing weight, but from what I have read this is normal.

Life is good, I have a hard time getting all the fluids in, protein isn't much of an issue, but water is.

I am trying new foods that I have found on this site, so far so good
