 Since I have started on a daily regament of walking at least for an hour each morning and Taking and drinking a 16oz of  Super Fruits Plus mixed in Hot water and Meralax I have not had any digestive elimination problems before I started to drink this I  had to take several other supplements to help me with the elimination of the digestive tract.So I would say that is best to eat healthy natural foods and you will be better off.  You all have a get day.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO YOU TO SAY THAT THE LORD WILL BE YOUR ETERNAL LIGHT?

  Before my surgery I was not aware how our bodies were so delicately made to help each part  function to nurish our body ,

 So that caused me to take a closer look at the one who created me in the first place. So I went to the Bible and found out that we were created in the image of God , so if he created me then that means that he knows how the body should function. So as I took that wisdom that God gave me and started to use it. I gained more understanding on what I should be doing to keep myself eating healthier .

 GOOD EVEN EVERY ONE I HOPE YOU ALL HAD A NICE QUITE WEEKEND AT HOME WHERE IT WAS NICE AND TOASTY WARM.

 Hi! this is just-ducky many may not know me because my post was not public to everyone to read and see. My Name is Carol , It has been two years and ten month's since i have had my surgery . you can read my past posts to get a update. This past year it has been a very rough road but by the grace of God and the support of my Surgen and friends i can honestly say i finely understand the complacated digestive system, you have to follow the rules to the tea. otherwise you are going to fail in growing stronger

Hi I am just-ducky-it has been six months since my surgery,It seems like I went from the old me to the new me in a short period of time,it was a very rough jornery. It seems like I had to  learn all over what I was tought about eating, especielly eating the right amount of protiens on a daily bases. But I have learned the right way now and I have lost 70 lbs in six monthes and I am continuing to lose ,I still do a little of cheating on the sweets. I have had a very lazy colen for good many years now I am haveing better results,as long as I eat 3oz of meat and 3other dairy products each day and drink plenty of liquids every day. Praise the Lord and Thank you Jesus. justy-ducky. 

Hi I A'm 66 yrs. old. I have had a very poor out look on myself I was chubby ever since childhood I came from a very dis funchnal family background. It was very hard for me to make friends in school. I was a very slow learner I had to take third grade over and when I graduated for grade school,the teacher told my relatives that I was a lazy child she only passed me into high school because of my age. In high school I passed with a c-d average I moved to Arlinton High and that wher e I meet my husband He died In 81 of congested heart flaiure in Juneof 1981 I have one daughter & two Grandaughters who live in Palitine Ill. I just moved to Sun Praire four months ago had breast cancer in 1997 both removed. Cervical cancer in 1964 I was very blessed to have the one daughter. I will be starting the pre-op licquid diet on january 4th By the grace of God and my friends at journy together support group I will get throuth this phase of my life keep in touch Carolh/Just-ducky
