I am so excited...i thought i would never get everything done especially this fast....It's only been a month and I have gotten all of the required approvals...I have one appointment left prior to surgery and that's to get the IVF filter for blood clots.  This is totally optional.

But I talked to my surgeons office yesterday and they told me i can change my surgery to August 31 instead of September 7....I got excited and nervous at the same time>.......Now to the liquid diet....HELP!!

So yesterday I went to get my pysc exam.  That was an experience.  It was actually insightful, I think I was stressing for no reason.

Today i receveid a call because my insurance would not approve me for the sleeve because my BMI was only 41...WTF.... It's either Bypass or lapband,

On July 19, I had my intitial consultantion with the doctor and the office coordinator.
we talked about my issues, my goals and what I need to do.  I have so far written my letter, seen the cardiologist, gastroentrologist, turned in my doctor'sletter and attended my first nutrionist session.  I have a tentative surgery date of September 7, however I still have a couple of appointments to go to. I missed my psychologist appointment so I am waiting for that to be rescheduled.  All of a sudden I feel things are moving really fast and I am starting to feel a little over whelmed but Im determined to hold on and hang in there.

Last night I attended the required informational session and have made the necessary appointments to start my process....hopfeully surgery will be coming soon September 2011
