OK I have had a hell of a journey this time around.  I have had a difficult time keeping down liquids and have ended up in the emergency room twice since surgery suffering from extreme dehydration.  After being sent home the first time from the ER,  I decided that I was going to make sure that all needed and possible tests would be taken before leaving the second go round.  After having a CT Scan done, it was found that scar tissue was surrounding my pouch and causing anything that I tried to consume to come right back up.  My surgeon had me admitted to the hospital and my pouch was dilated the next day.  So far all is well and I hope it continues to go that way.
