Ok, so I had a bad day yesterday! I get on the scale on Mondays to check on my weight progression... well yesterday when I got on the scale I was surprised to see that I had only lost 3 lbs! How can this be? Monday - Friday last week I walked at least 2 miles, which is a HUGE thing for me because I have never really done any exercise! I thought for sure, I would be able to see it in the product of this on the scale! Luckily, I have a coworker who is in the same boat and has gone through some of these things before. She has been very helpful and I have been able to vent to her. She has continued to encourage me to continue walking.. eventhough I don't see the point if it isn't going to do anything... ok so I see the point, but just mad right now! Yesterday I was soooo mad I wanted to just eat my misery away! AND COULDN'T, which made me even more mad!!!!!
