I tend to be the type of person that has a positive outlook on life.
I am married to a great guy whom I have been with for almost 13 years. I also have a supportive family, great friends and a satisfying job where I get to help people everyday. I have 3 great dogs and I live in a beautiful house that we built on 10 acres.
Despite all of these great things, I get down sometimes because of all fo the issues that I have dealth with through the years with my weight and our inability to have children.
When I first started infertility treatments back in 2002, I believe the I weighed about 190 lbs.
Through the ups and down of cycling for in-vitro fertilization, I find myself weighing at 244 today!!!
I am done with infertility treatments and I have decided that 2009 will be the year for me. Instead of focusing on my infertility, I have decided to focus on my health instead. I have decided that if we can't have a baby of our own, I will at least be accountable for my health and my weight.
This blog will be my journey.
