PCP appointment & a referral!

Had my PCP appointment this morning.  I was armed with diet history, medications & and other information I could give my doctor.  She was pretty impressed I had written everything down, I just wanted to have ammunition incase I needed it.

Doctor was very through with the questions.  I am quite happy with her.  She is no nonsense and straight to the point.

Told her I would like to have a referral for Dr. Denham, no problem she said. 

Not only did I come away with my surgeon referral, but also a neuro appointment -she thinks I have sleep apnea.  Especially after telling her about this morning of all days I woke up coughing and catching my breath. It has happened a couple of times in the last year or so, I thought nothing of it in the past.  Pretty scary.

Had blood tests, an EKG (normal),  and my yearly.  Which will lessen what I need to have done when I see Dr. Denham on April 14th! Yay!

It's gonna be a busy month, I will be going to my surgeon's support group this coming Monday hope to see some of the regulars here on OH there!
