Hello my oh family. Hope all is well with everyone. Happy holidays to each and everyone of y'all. Well yes it's time to give an update on my progress so far. Once again I have to give thanks to the good Lord up above because with out him this could of not been possible. Yes this last month has been a hard struggle to drop the weight. my weight loss has slowed down dramatically, I have lost only a total of 7 pounds this month. I know it is truly my fault. I have been eating all the wrong types of foods, yes I have been a bad girl this last month, I don't know what has gotten into me, but I have to get myself back on track. I have made a promise to myself that I did not get this surgery only to gain that weight back. I'm going to set some new goals for myself and I will keep everyone posted. Please pray for me. My magic number this month is 149lbs for a total of 96lbs lost so far
. Hope I can reach my goal of 100lbs by December 25Th 2008. I have some new pictures I will place on my page soon. Take care til next time.
