20 pounds gone in 1 week

Well I had my 1^st post-op appointment today and everything is healing great. From my pre-op date I was 495 (May 10^th) Surgery date (May 24^th) I was 477 & 1 week post op (June 1^st) I’m 457. Man that’s 20 pounds in a week & 38 from pre-op that’s gone. I’m so thankful for my Lord keeping and seeing me through so far & know that it’s only the beginning of my journey.
