good report

I just gotta keep remembering I am me, I am not some one else. It seems that I want to lose fast  because I can gain 5 lbs over a weekend before WLS. According to his scale (the same one that was so kind and had me weighing 2 lbs less last time now took the 2 lbs back  so I said I lost 9 he said I lost 8 and since I step on my scale more that will be using the numbers on my blog. Total lost since my first visit 22 lbs. The 9 lbs is about what I would have lost the first 2 weeks at WW. So I am happy in fact from now on WW won't be able to match my WLS weight. The main thing he was very pleased and so I am. I told him how I wanted to eat and Auntie Ann's pretzel but I didn't and he said it was good that I didn't because it would have hurt. Well, we are moving up in the world onto the next stage. I don't see him for another 4 months unless something comes up I can call them.
