Day One and Two Down 6 More To Go

Everyone survived my first day of the liquid diet! I am actually doing better than I thought I would! Go ME!  Cooking dinner for my family last night was sooo tempting but I got through it and didn't give in to temptation! YEAH! I keep myself drinking constantly and thus I am always full. The bathroom trips are many but I'm ecstatic that I havent  felt hungry at all! I am doing it and I have gotten many compliments on my efforts. It's so good to hear the encouragement. It helps ALOT!!!
