day 7 & 8 STRESS stress stress

 Ok I didn't blog yesterday I got side tracked and busy at work. I kinda lost it on my diet a little. not too bad. For breakfast I had a salad. Im about sick of salads lol. for lunch a shake and last night i cooked backed chicken and noodle casserole for the fam. Well I had a bowl of the noodle casserole. It is loaded with carbs and fat I bet. Oh well. Move on do better. 

 

Today I had grilled honey dijon chicken topped with melted fat free cheese and portobello musrooms and steamed brocolli. YUM 

no shake yet. ive been so crazy busy. and now Im eating tuma salad with fat free sugr free mayo and scooping it with pork rinds, It tastes better than it sounds. Its the weekend and that rocks. Starting monday its 2 shakes one meal for 2 weels 2 days of clear liquids and then surgery! later loves.
