"Dr. Wilkenfeld is a very nice man. Unlike some surgeons he has a great bedside manner. I knew I was going to like him the first day I met him. He is knowledgable and very confident, but not at all arrogant. I have only known him since December, but after my surgery, my feelings of him have not changed. His office staff are so caring and very welcoming. He has a wonderful coordinator who is organized and pationate about her job. Prior to surgery you attend a class to prepare you and after you attend a class to promote the success of your surgery. The process is in steps and you never really get too much information at once. It's all provided just at the right time. I do not really have any complaints at all with the doctor or is staff. I just wish I lived closer to attend their support groups and make aftercare easier."
