WOW! Its now a month since surgery! I haven't weighed in yet but I'm losing inches everywhere which in my book is awesome. I will weigh in on the 28th. I'm excited and scared about all of this. I want lie to anyone. But there are times when I ask myself why I did this but that passes after awhile. I do look forward to the future. I'm going back to school to get my masters so this surgery really is the begin of my journey. It took courage to decide to have the surgery and it took courage to decide to go back to school. Tues is 3 weeks post op

Im almost 3 weeks post op, at the end of the 2nd week I had lost 30lbs. It's scary yet exciting at the same time. I have started to excercise again walking and using 5lbs weights. i'm still on soft foods, my doctor wants me to eat 4-5 meals a day im having a hard time doing this plus drinking my fluids any suggestion on how to acheive this.
