Well things are slow, but hey I'm down and I have to realize that I need exercise in my life. Sometimes I feel I'm all for it and sometimes I'm not. Its just that I have to make it a daily part of my life. I was good about it for 4 months and quit. What the heck?! So tomorrow I'm off to the store and get some more fresh healthier food items and I am going to focus on logging in every day and journaling more. Its hard for me to do this. So I just need to take more time fore me:) This can be done! Change may be slow, but the tortoise wins the race! Yahoo!
