Its been a while since I have been on this site, I feel like its getting away from me, I haven't lost the weight im suppose to loose its a constant up and down cycle. The scales at the Dr office say I lost 5lbs I was ecstatic bc my scale at home only at me a 3lbs loss.

I had my Second Apt on Monday the April 15th and in the last month I have gone from appointment to appointment trying to get everything, and phone calls and everything. I get to this appointment not really knowing what to expect, and the nurse started going threw all my stuff in the computer. Checking to make sure I have everything completed and I thought I had everything done, made phone calls after phone calls to make sure that things were faxed. Then she said my Stress Test wasn't in the computer, I was bummed out I called in February to have the results faxed to them and they never did it. I feel like it was my fault that I didn't call to make sure it was faxed but they ask people not to call to wait until there next appointment.

Then the Nurse told me if it was in there they could of gave me a tentative date for surgery. BOY OH BOY was I bummed out. I knew things were going all to smooth. Now its back on the phone again trying to get my results to them again. I did the No-No and I called on Friday to make sure they received them, and they didnt want to give me the answer but I also told them if they weren't there ill just suffer through another Stress Test. -_- not my idea of FUN, lol. Now the waiting game of waiting for the Nurse to call me back. . . . . . 

They received them and signed off on them already, SOO SIKED, Glad I made that call to make sure they received them!! 
Now I got until May13th my next appointment to get as much weight of as I can. I got to loose 17lbs and im only down 5, The nutritionist told me to start doing some Protein Shakes, I bought some Muscle Milk Vanilla Creme, SOO GOOD but I cant find it in a Powder Form so I can mix it on my own.. Anyone have and Suggestions
