I had my six month check up today. What a nice doctor's visit!!!! He said I am right on track and is very pleased with my progress. I have six months to lose 30 lbs. and I will have reached his goal for my weight loss surgery. I want to lose more than that, but will be thrilled with 30 more pounds gone when I see him in October. His nurse actually told me I didn't look like I needed to lose any more weight......that's a first and it sure felt good to hear.So, once again, I can't say how happy I am that I had this surgery.....it has changed my life in such a good way.
