After not posting for so many months, this will make two posts in two days. The reason: got on the scale this morning and I'm in the 160's......and I haven't seen that number in sooooooo many years.As I said in my post the other day, yesterday was my one year anniversary, which was huge, so to see that "6" this morning was another huge milestone.
The way my weight loss has gone this past year, I will flucuate at this low weight by a pound or two for about a month and then have a substantial drop, so I'll probably stay in the 160's for a while, which just seems to be my loss pattern. As frustrating as that can get at times, at least the numbers on the scale keep going down.
It's been a wonderful year and I'm ever so grateful that I had the opportunity to have this life saving surgery.
