"I have not been back to see Dr. Francis nor any of the other doctors at that office in a very long time. I can say, Thank you for saving my life. I have reached my goal and beyond and have kept the weight off. I have been able to go off of the cpap, and even though I still have problems with acid reflux it is nice to be able to live again. Thank you for helping me through a very hard time in my life."
"My own personal experience with Dr. Francis has been fine. I wouldnt give her a 10 but she rates up there. At first I thought she was the greatest. Then over time, I felt like I've come to rely on my own doctor and her physicians assistants more than she herself. The office staff are fine. I feel that some of them can appear to be rude even when they dont mean to be. But over all they are easy to get along with. I would recommend them to people if I thought it would benefit the person. But if it was just brought up in a conversation, then I would have to just ignore the subject."
"this hospital is great. It has its own wing for wls patients, equipped with wider than average hospital beds, hospital gowns that accomodate our size without leaving our bottoms bared like normal gowns, showers/bathrooms that accomodate our size. This hospital is great for overweight/plus size/super size patients. You get the utmost respect and dignity."
