Its hard to believe that May of 2012 will be my 3 yr ann. I am not going to lie. I have settled down to a weight loss of around 180lbs. Although I am thrilled ,there is that voice in my head saying I could have done more. I am planning to start adding more protein to my daily diet. I still have some food issues. Bread, unless its hard as a rock or burnt does not agree with me. I do get an upset stomach if I forget and drink anything while eating. I don't eat much at a setting but I think I eat too many times a day. So I don't know which is worse. Eating larger portions or eating more times a day...There have been some very hard times in my life since I posted last. I sadly lost both of my toy terriers which almost put me over the edge. My 89 yr old father lives with us and his mind is bad. On the happier side my hubby and I got a Goldendoodle this past summer and she "Sophie" has helped with the pain if losing Sadie and Pokey.

Merry Christmas to all of my OH family! I am thrilled to say that I am now down 140 lbs and feel better then I have in many years. I still have more to lose but I am thrilled at where I am today. I wish everyone a very Happy Holiday Season!

I am now down 108 lbs!! What a difference in everything. Walking, bending over ( belly isn't in the way like before) I fit in chairs with arms (who would have thought I would see that day). I just feel great! I can walk longer without even thinking of sitting down on evey bench I see. Eating has become a "little" easier. Crab, shrimp and lobster are my pouches best friends. I can eat a very moist steak but not too much. I think I live more like the French women with the 3 bite rule..:) Unless its the seafood then I can handle more than 3 bites. I have stayed away from sweets and most sugar. Other than drinking very watered down sweet tea thats about all the sugar I get.

I'm almost 4 months out and feeling pretty good other than my morning upset stomach. It goes away after a few hrs. My next dr apt is Tue and I am pushing a weight loss of almost 95 lbs since my first dr apt last year in Oct. I am anxious to see my blood work results. Meat is not my firend. I do best with seafood, crab, shrimp and lobster. I'm not drinking any protein drinks but should try to because my hair is starting to fall out some. My clothes are are hanging on me and I am down 2 sizes. I was hoping to be down more sizes but I am very large framed and that hurts when it comes to clothes. I have lost 12 inches in my waist which was a shock. I will update after my dr apt.
