Do not stand at my grave and weep, "I am not there, I do not sleep." I am thousand winds that blow; "I am the diamond glints on the snow, "I am the sunlight on ripened grains; "I am the gentle autumn's rain. "When you awake in the morning's hush, "I am the swift uplifting rush "Of the quiet birds in circled flight. "I am the soft star that shines at night." Do not stand at my grave and cry. "I am not there; I did not die AuthorUnknown-kristiDanielle. 19 years ago
My heartfelt sympathy to the family and friends of Sally... With love and tenderness of thought she will be remembered.John N. 20 years ago
To Sally: i never met you Sally and know you are in heaven but you just helped me with the honesty and eloquence on your profile describing the drudgery of being 500+ lbs. I lost my husband who was 483 lbs. after open RNY and I needed to be reminded how hard the every day torment of excess weight is--the shortness of breath, feeling rejection in public, looking for sturdy chairs, etc. I know you are healed, wearing short shorts and playing tennis, no joint pain, no edema! -- Mrs.danabky 20 years, 5 months ago
missing you today. I think about you often. I can only hope and imagine how "free" you feel from the prison of your old body as you are in your new one. I am inspired by you.Valerie B. 20 years, 6 months ago
Thinking of you today Sally, everything you went through, how strong you were. I hope you knew how many lives you touched with your honest sharing here. I really feel like you died so that a lot of us could live. You will never be forgotten. Valerie open rny 8/26/02 275/167sssuzie1 20 years, 6 months ago
I sit hear, after reading the quite shocking news that Sally had passed away a short while ago and cry - for the pain Sally endured daily, for the loss of one of the most honest, warm, caring and real persons in this world. Heaven has received their most special angel yet...My heart and prayers go out to her family and friends. Sally, I miss you but know that you are free from pain and fear and know that you are watching over us all now... Love, Lisaladyboo 20 years, 8 months ago
God Bless Sally!!! I only wish that I could have known her. I felt that I was reading some of my own Journal, as I read her struggles from day to day. She was a beautiful spirit that I would have loved to have as a friend. May God keep her in His tender care. Sheila BullockBecky C. 20 years, 8 months ago

Hi Lois, I want to thank you for your update on Sally's memorial. I am one of the thousands who never got a chance to "know her". Through your posts and reading her profile twice, I really felt that we knew one another, if only in spirit. I cried when I read your post today, it was so moving. Please keep us posted on the book.
