Today I managed to find two protein shakes that I can tolerate! I'm also on day two of taking a full regimen of my new chewable supplements and they have all stayed down. It's the small things these days that excite me!
My next thing to tackle is exercise! I've been battling a sore back the past few months and now, thanks to my wonderful Chiropractor, I'm feeling great and ready to get back in gear. I need to get back on my eliptical and to find a dvd of toning/weight work.
