my first "breakdown"

so i live with my husband and mother in law who eat anything and everything they want which i did also pre op but anyways both of them got soda and cookies yesterday and ate them i had to leave the room and then we go to the dollar store and of course what do they put right there when u walk in the door all the junk food you can imagine oh man its alot tougher than i thought it would be i started crying in the store when we walked past the candy isle i literally went 2 isles over so i didnt have to come down that isle when we went to leave i was going there to get some SF Jello was so glad to get out of the store ugh will be glad when this starts getting easier right now i know i cant have it cause my pouch says NO but i know there will be a time when i will be able to eat junk again and that scares me hopefully by then i will have relearned how to eat im 10 days out today so im still new at all of this!
