"I am scheduled for surgery 12/9/2013. So far I have only spoke with Bill who is Dr. Quinones patient coordinator. My first impression of Dr. Q was from his website. He had an honest face and his patients seemed very happy. Bill is absolutely wonderful. He will respond to any question I have. He explained everything and did not pressure me to choose him. Dr. Q offers a video copy of your surgery to take home. To me that says a lot because he is confident in his skills enough to allow the patient to see his work. I did research him for any complaints and only came up with 1. There are several sites with complaints but it is all from 1 person. The complaint happened with other staff members not the doctor so I am extremely confident in him."
