I love Chili, it goes down well everytime and it full of protein, so a healthy choice. I make mine with 94 % ground beef so is low in fat too. This is going to be my go to food, especially on days like today that seems like everything I put in my mouth makes me nauseous or in pain. I am 10 weeks out and really thought things would be a lot better, but I am finding every day is different. Some days I think it would be better to just drink my nutrition, and others I am fine eating steak. I am sure eventually I will figure this all out. My losing is about 2.5 to 3 lbs per week, and I am fine with that (I think). I know a lot of people on here are losing a lot faster, but my loss is slow and steady and i just have to remember we are all individuals. My 2 month lab work came back and everything looks great! That is a realistic snapshop that I must be on the right tract. I never had high cholesterol before but it was never 94 before either!
