It's working...

30 days since my Sleeve Gastrectomy and as of today I'm down 26 pounds. It hasn't been easy but it's been doable and I am so excited for what the future holds. I need to up my walking and am going to try and start getting in more than 60-65 grams of protein. Onward and upward
