Stalled for too long.. help!

Hey VSG Vets - any advice? I have been stalled for over a month now. I'm still tracking all food and getting in 80-90 grams or more of protein daily and plenty of fluids. Still avoiding grains/carbs and am walking for exercise. I am 6 months post op and down 75lbs but the mind game of "how have I failed this" is going strong. Looking for tips and tricks to break this stall and get back to dropping the lbs.
