"My first impression of Dr. Freeman was very positive. I had looked into RNY in the past with another doctor in Birmingham, AL and had started to follow through. I didn't like his staff and felt they looked down at me. I love Dr. Freeman's staff. They were very helpful throughout the initial seminar and provided good, thorough information. The fact that some of the staff are patients of his as well made them seem more credible somehow. I have given them all my information to file for surgery with my insurance and am just waiting at this time. They have been helpful when I needed it. I didn't ask for help to schedule all my appointments to clear for insurance but I think they probably would have helped. The only thing is that I wish that I had more follow-up after my initial seminar. I got a letter but wish that I would hear from them concerning what has been done with my insurance info at this time.rnrnDr. Freeman's insurance people were very helpful throughout the process. They sent information quickly, let me know what they needed and followed through each time. In addition, they sent me a gastric bypass owner's manual that provided some specific information that was very helpful as well. I am feeling very confident about their services. "
