Its been a while

Jan 28, 2008

Hey all! Its been a long time since I was on here. Since the last time I was on here I dropped down some more in weight and BMI. I am so proud of myself, I looked at my before picture yesterday and I was shocked! I was a size 24 in pants and a size 3x in shirts....Now I am currently a 14 in pants, and xlarge in shirts. I have noticed that I no longer have a double chin and my legs have gotten a lot smaller, because every time I try on pants they are to loose in my thigh area.  Does anyone else have this problem? Anyways another good thing came out of this. I made a great friend on this site and we chat online a lot talking about surgery and what not. Well I hope everyone is having the best of luck with their surgeries!

I cannot believe that in 7 days I shed 19lbs! I am very proud of myself! Right now I am very happy with my progess:) So on sunday my bro in law came by and he gave me a 25 dollar gift card to macy's. I don't really want to start shopping to til I am a size 18, but I see that coming with in the next 2 months. I am really excited to see the changes in my weight and my body. Well I will shut up now. So this it! Today is my last day as a "old Stacy" and "new Stacy" will be emerging soon. When I talk about me being new I mean by the way I look at treat life and food.

So in about 1 hr I will be on my way to the hospital! YAY me! Its just so gosh darn early in the morning. I feel bad for my parents they have to drive me, but hey they wouldn't take me if they didn't care.

So my mom is my major support today, she will be with me in pre-op which is where I will break down and start to cry my eyes out. I get very emotional before surgery but thats ok, I have heard of alot of people get emotional like me too.

After surgery, I will be in the recovery room, where I hope to wake up pain free~yeah I doubt that will happen, its nice to dream though. And then after the recovery room I will most likely be wheeled to a private room on the 5th floor (thats where all bariatric surgery patients go).

I am not bsure if they will remove my gallbladder or not today, since this is laparoscopic. Well anyways I love everybody and will blog as soon I feel up to it.
