Steven, Have the Greatest Ever on Wednesday!! It’s good to see more guys out here on Obesity Help. We make up a small minority of the people having Weight Loss Surgery, but tend to lose down quicker and with fewer hassles than the women due to Male Physiology. Drop by the "Men's Message Board" at- http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/men/ -to see how other Guys are doing with their surgeries. A lot of info and advice specifically tailored to Men. I’m just dropping by to let you know that there’s a huge crowd of strangers out here pulling for you and holding you in our prayers. May you have a famously successful surgery and a record-breaking recovery! Be nice to the nurses, Enjoy the drugs when you can, and most importantly, hurry home and start walking away from those pounds and into a new Life! Best Wishes-

<b>CONGRATULATIONS on your decision to take back your life with the help of weight loss surgery</b>. There can be a few challenges along the way, but it's no worse then sitting on the sidelines - confined by our overweight shells. You're about to break free, enjoy and embrace all the wonderful "moments" that come with this journey. You'll be in my thoughts for a successful and uneventful surgery. This surgery has been nothing short of a miracle for me and I will be forever grateful. I've lost 235 lbs total and have been at goal in maintenance for 4 years now. I can honestly say there are absolutely NO REGRETS!!! :) I'll leave you with one of my favorite quotes: <b>"The key to happiness is dreams, the key to success is making those dreams come true" </b> .....So very true!
