Two Months Out & Possibly Pregnant

So I had surgery 2/12. Starting in January my periods started coming every 36-37 days instead of every 31 like they used to. But I had an IUD in place, so no worries. I chalked it up to the pre-surgery weight loss and the stress of impending surgery. Then at the end of March, I noticed my IUD was missing! My GYN did an ultrasound to confirm and said it could have 1. "Slipped out" or 2.MIGRATED INTO MY ABDOMEN!! X-Ray needed!
I had a CT scan scheduled for a follow-up from when I HAD cancer, so they said to minimize radiation I could just get the CT done, even if the Paragard had went floating through my body it was NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT???
So my S.O started using the withdraw method. Since my periods had become 37 days long cycles, I expected it around the 25th of April. So I should have O'ed around the 10th. On the 18th, S.O and I figured it was "safe" not to pull out since my ovulation should have been well over. Well, the 25th has come and gone. So on the 26th I tested with an Equate. LIGHT second blue line. Waited until the next morning. Tested with the second Equate. ANOTHER light blue line. Ran out to the store and bought a Clearblue +... a light blue plus sign!!!!
Blue dye tests get a bad rap for false positives (evaps), even when the results come up right away... so I'm not 100%, although having been pregnant 6 times before, (I have 5 children already)... I am starting to believe I am (although very early yet).
I am FREAKING OUT! I already have FIVE CHILDREN and my youngest JUST turned 2!! Three of them aren't even 5 yet! For one, I am seriously peeved at the IUD... how, after more than a year, does it just "disappear"?? Why would I have ovulated sooooo freaking late in my cycle? AND WHY, for the LOVE OF GOD, would my body think NOW was a good time???
Pregnancy this soon after surgery... so many fears! Nutrition, continued weight loss, that new gym membership...
Blood work tomorrow to confirm yes or ease my fears... but I think it's going to just be confirming. Three tests are unlikely to be wrong, right? Has anyone else been here this soon after surgery?
