Happily married mom to fur babies (cats). I have been struggling with my weight for the last 15 years and I have tried it all. For me it's a total mind, body, and spirit thing that I'm working on for this new chapter in my life that will lead me to becoming a healthier, fit and happier me starting with my VSG :)
