Hi everyone. Well I had a pre op class the other day that was so informative. Thank you to my surgeon. He went over everything about what to expect before surgery, at the hospital, during surgery and after surgery. As well as went into everything we needed to do like with nutrition, vitamins and exercise and everything. It really has helped me with my anxiety about what to expect and surgery and I feel well informed and ready to go. My surgery date is coming up in less then a month now and I'm happy, nervous and excited all at the same time.Happy Holidays
