Feeling Frustrated!

Ok so when I first started down this path I opted out of the surgery because I was loosing the weight without having to have the surgery. But a year later I gained 20 some pounds. My insulin levels are high as is my glucose level and I am doing everything I am supposed to be doing. I can't get anyone to perscribe me diet pills, and nothing I seem to do appears to be working. I am at my witts end. I am disgusted with my appearence, I feel awful, I can't get pregnate, and I am to embarrased to go out in public being this huge. I guess I have no other option but to have the surgery.
