Progress....

Weigh 292.  Feel pretty happy with that!  I saw the Nurse Practitioner a few weeks ago and she really gave me a hard time about my fluids and proteins.  I was having fatigue also.  I increased my fluids and proteins and lo and behold my energy level is better.

So, I think she was right!  I am still doing water aerobics and also went to the gym for resistance traning once.  I did a little eliptical and boy are my thighs sore.

Feeling pretty good.  Eating is going ok.  Just plugging along.
